Who are we

We’re Accenture Song’s Venture Studio - brought in when clients need to evolve what works now, reimagine what’s next, or build something entirely new. We make it real, fast, and together.

Our team is made up of Growth strategists, Product builders, and Creative designers who make growth happen by building products people want to use, and we do it for truly game-changing businesses like L’Oréal, British Airways, Primark, VMO2 and Jaguar Land Rover. The impact we are having is changing the way people live, shop, bank, work, and travel.

We are not your typical consulting team and we are much more than your traditional design studio. We’re a team of founders, operators and creatives who’ve launched products, scaled businesses and been recognised by Fast Company and beyond. We don’t just advise, we build - whether it’s launching a totally new venture from ground-up, or revolutionising an existing product or service.

Scale isn’t easy to come by, but being part of Accenture enables us to truly stand behind that word. We connect the dots across different parts of this organisation to be able deliver for some of the biggest brands in the world.

This is a one-of-a-kind place to forge your career. Where the brightest, most ambitious minds are let loose on the biggest, most impactful problems.

Your role

As a Product Designer, you are here to bring together strong product thinking and excellent design execution across every stage of the design and innovation process, from early concept exploration and vision definition to detailed product design and live iteration.

We are looking for designers who are curious about creating exceptional user experiences that are grounded in business outcomes. You will be responsible for the design outcomes of a defined workstream such as user experience, interaction design or product flows, while also using creative thinking to shape the bigger vision. You will have the autonomy to plan and execute across your workstream, delivering high-quality design independently, with guidance from the team around you.

Key responsibilities

Deliver excellent design work across the entire design and innovation process.

Example activities in this process might include:

  • Conduct user research alongside strategists to understand customer needs, pain points and behaviours
  • Synthesise research into clear insights and translate them into product concepts, user journeys, experience principles and early design directions
  • Contribute to creative thinking to shape product vision, proposing innovative features, concepts and experiences that drive differentiation and growth
  • Design intuitive, elegant end-to-end user experiences across digital products and services
  • Develop the high-level brand and experience direction for new ventures, including tone, look and feel, and design principles
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate designs to test ideas in-market, validate assumptions and inform decision-making
  • Work with engineers and technologists to ensure designs are feasible, well-documented and build-ready
  • Use design to bring clarity to complex problems, elevating both strategic thinking and creative execution
  • Create compelling storytelling assets, from concept narratives and vision decks to clear, engaging client presentations
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of your team by supporting planning, rituals and collaborative ways of working.
  • Build on the culture of the Venture Studio by sharing ideas, giving feedback and participating in company forums.

Throughout, you will work hand-in-hand with strategy and product partners to push the quality of thinking, craft and outcomes. We work as a T-shaped team, where everyone has a speciality but is encouraged to stretch, learn and contribute across the creative spectrum through training, peer support and shared events.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum 2+ years of demonstrable professional experience in product design, UX, UI or digital design, gained in a consultancy, startup, scale-up or in-house product team
  • A flexible mindset with the ability to quickly adapt across disciplines, balancing both execution and creative problem solving
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating toward the right solution
  • A product-oriented designer who cares deeply about user needs, business goals and measurable outcomes
  • Proficiency in a range of design tools such as Figma, as well as a curiosity to take on the latest AI tools
  • A collaborative and versatile team player, comfortable working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions' }
