As a Corporate Strategy & Growth Senior Manager you will:
- Develop and drive high-impact, strategic insights that solve complex business challenges for clients.
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver tailored strategic solutions.
- Leverage deep Corporate & Growth Strategy experience and market trends to shape client strategies.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
- Collaborate and partner across Accenture, fostering relationships that promote knowledge sharing.
- Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities and contributing to sales efforts.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, data-driven recommendations that exceed client expectations.
- Be responsible for delivery of commercials during project work.

We are looking for experience in the following areas / qualifications:
- 8-10 years’ relevant experience in corporate and growth strategy development.
- Deep functional knowledge in portfolio strategies, customer proposition development, market sizing, and investment case development.
- Driving value and growth-focused transformations in an organisation.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- An interest in technology and data and knowledge of innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
