The Work
As a Target System Analysis (TSA) Analyst, you will analyze all‑source intelligence and produce advanced, decision‑quality target system assessments in a dynamic theater environment. You’ll integrate intelligence into operational planning and contribute across the Joint Targeting Cycle to enable precise, compliant, and operationally relevant effects.
- Develop advanced Target System Assessments (TSAs) using all‑source methods; synthesize complex data into clear analytic products and briefings for senior stakeholders.
- Integrate intelligence with operational planning activities, supporting Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE/JIOPE) and target development (basic, intermediate, and advanced).
- Contribute across the Joint Targeting Cycle, including weaponeering inputs, collateral damage estimation (CDE), target validation, and effects assessment.
- Apply DIA tradecraft (e.g., Center of Gravity and Critical Factors Analysis) and analytic methodologies; maintain rigorous analytic design and documentation standards.
- Use mission systems and collaboration platforms (e.g., RMT, CHROME, Cedalion, Warpath, MARS, MIDB) to research, fuse, and share intelligence.
- Coordinate with COCOM J2 targeting cells and joint/coalition partners; ensure alignment with Combatant Command (COCOM) structures, directives, and processes.
- Produce high‑quality analytical writing, visualizations, and briefings that translate complex findings into actionable insights for operators and planners.

- Proficiency with intelligence analysis tools (e.g., RMT, CHROME, Cedalion, Warpath, MARS, MIDB) and collaboration platforms.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is: $78,600 - $160,200 USD.
