We are shaping the future of enterprise technology — and we are looking for practitioners who lead with vision, credibility, and a genuine passion for Agentic AI, Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture. If you have advised C-suites on technology strategy, designed enterprise architectures at scale, and are excited about the transformative power of autonomous AI systems, this role is for you.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Architect within our Technology Strategy & Transformation practice in EMEA, you will work at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge technology. You will lead engagements with global clients — from defining target architecture states to overseeing complex technology transformations — with Agentic AI at the forefront of our transformation agenda. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, a thought leader in the market, and a key driver of business development within the firm.

What You Will Do:

  • Enterprise Architecture & Technology Strategy
    • Define and lead enterprise architecture strategies across the full technology stack — Agentic AI, cloud, data, digital core, and enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM and beyond)
    • Develop target state architectures, technology roadmaps, and business cases that bridge client ambition with practical execution
    • Conduct architecture health checks, assessments, and governance for large-scale transformation programmes, including M&A contexts
  • Agentic AI Leadership
    • Champion the integration of Agentic AI as a core enabler of business transformation — from strategy through to deployment
    • Guide clients in designing and implementing autonomous AI-driven processes and architectures, including multi-agent systems, orchestration layers, and AI-native enterprise designs
    • Stay at the forefront of the Agentic AI landscape, bringing proven, real-world experience with AI solutions applied to complex business situations
  • Client Advisory & Relationship Management
    • Act as a Trusted Advisor to C-suite and senior technology leaders, aligning IT transformation with strategic business goals
    • Build and sustain senior client relationships across multiple industries, generating repeat engagements and long-term partnerships
  • Business Development
    • Lead the origination and sale of Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture engagements, leveraging your network and credibility at the executive level
    • Contribute to thought leadership, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives that differentiate our practice in EMEA
  • Delivery Leadership
    • Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the design and implementation of complex enterprise architectures, ensuring quality, coherence, and strategic alignment
    • Oversee architecture governance, integration of platforms, and seamless delivery across large, ambiguous transformation programmes

What we offer:

  • Work on high-impact technology transformations across leading organisations in EMEA, while helping shape the future of enterprise architecture in the age of Agentic AI
  • Collaborate with world-class practitioners using cutting-edge tools in a culture that prioritises continuous learning and innovation
  • Accelerate your career with personalised coaching and mentoring, while contributing to a high-growth practice where your ideas and expertise truly matter

Basic Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in Technology Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, or closely related disciplines — at a leading consulting firm or in a senior in-house role
  • Demonstrated, hands‑on experience with Agentic AI solutions applied to real business contexts (e.g. autonomous process orchestration, multi‑agent architectures, AI‑native enterprise design)
  • Proven track record defining enterprise and application architecture strategies across cloud, data, ERP/platform landscapes
  • Strong experience operating at Manager level or above, with the gravitas and communication skills to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Deep expertise in at least one major industry with broad cross‑sector knowledge
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and their application in technology-led transformations
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field

What Will Make You Stand Out:

  • Thought leadership in Enterprise Architecture — publications, speaking engagements, or community leadership
  • Established EMEA client network at C-level, with a personal track record of business origination
  • Fluency in architecture frameworks and their pragmatic application
  • Experience in M&A architecture, post‑merger integration, or large‑scale carve‑out programmes

How to prepare for a job interview at Accenture España

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks

Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If Accenture España uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

Showcase Your Projects

Bring along a portfolio that highlights our best work. This could be code samples, GitHub repositories, or any side projects we’ve built. Make sure we can talk through our thought process for each project, especially the challenges we faced and how we solved them—this shows our problem-solving skills in action.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
