About the role
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Lead to support the delivery of major hyperscale Data Centre programmes across Europe. This is a senior, client-facing opportunity where you will lead commercial teams, provide strategic commercial oversight and work closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. You will play a key role in protecting commercial performance, managing complex contractual and change matters, developing high-performing teams and building trusted client relationships. This is an opportunity to take a leading role on some of the most complex projects in the Data Centre sector while contributing to the continued growth of Accenture Construct's digital infrastructure business across Europe.
What will you be doing:
- Lead commercial delivery across major hyperscale Data Centre projects and programmes.
- Manage and develop high-performing commercial teams across multiple project locations.
- Act as a senior commercial interface with clients, contractors and key project stakeholders.
- Provide strategic oversight of contracts, change, claims, risk and overall commercial performance.
- Work closely with project leadership to identify challenges, protect commercial outcomes and support successful delivery.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and support the growth of strategic accounts.
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of Accenture Construct's Data Centre business across Europe.
Ideally you will bring:
- Significant commercial experience across major construction or engineering programmes.
- Strong experience delivering large-scale Data Centre projects, ideally within hyperscale environments.
- Proven experience leading and developing commercial teams.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, change, claims, commercial risk and financial performance.
- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to combine strategic commercial leadership with hands-on project delivery.
- Experience operating across international or multi-location projects would be advantageous.
- The right to work in your applicable location and flexibility to travel to projects and clients when required.
