Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and identify how Data & AI can drive strategic value across various industries, sectors, and functions.
  • Develop strategic insights and provide recommendations that align with clients' business objectives and enhance their competitive advantage.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement by building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite executives, to communicate value and drive alignment.
  • Leverage Accenture methods and established frameworks to assess client needs, identify improvement opportunities, and develop actionable plans for Data & AI implementation.
  • Drive innovation by partnering with global and regional AI labs and studios, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to discover innovative solutions.
  • Craft compelling narratives, develop presentations and board papers that articulate complex insights in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Conduct data analysis, utilizing data visualisation tools to derive insights that support strategic decision‑making.
  • Lead workshops and discussions to explore innovative use cases for Data & AI, fostering collaborative ideation and problem‑solving.
  • Contribute to practice development by participating in the creation of point‑of‑view content, thought leadership, and intellectual property within the Data & AI strategy space.
  • Act as a team player, collaborating with colleagues across functions to drive collective success and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strategic project involvement: Experience supporting or leading strategic initiatives that drive successful outcomes in a Data & AI context.
  • Industry and business acumen: Solid understanding of global economic, technological, and social trends impacting clients and identifying data‑driven value opportunities.
  • Knowledge of strategic frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks and methodologies guiding data‑driven decision‑making and organisational transformation.
  • Storytelling and collaboration tools: Knowledge of storytelling tools, collaboration platforms for workshops, and foundational data and AI tools such as data visualisation and basic statistical analysis.
  • Stakeholder management skills: Proven ability to engage effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Baseline understanding of core Data & AI technologies: Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their applications.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesise complex information and develop pragmatic solutions.
  • Communication excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Foundational or working knowledge of Data & AI topics such as Data Management, Governance, Analysis, Science, BI, Generative AI, AI Ethics, Cloud Architecture, AI Platforms, Machine Learning, and Data Architecture.

Recent experience of work relating to the following topics is a plus

  • Strategic vision & board papers: Contributing to development of board papers and strategic visions leveraging Data and AI, including Gen AI.
  • Operating models: Designing operating models integrating Data and AI capabilities aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Business cases: Crafting business cases that articulate ROI of Data & AI initiatives, supported by market analysis.
  • Data & AI product design: Creating user‑centric data products and AI solutions, including dashboards and analytical tools.
  • Data & AI strategy development: Formulating strategies for AI and Gen AI implementation, identifying key use cases, and outlining actionable roadmaps.
