Here at Accent, we are a well‑established, highly respected HVAC specialists, who provide high quality designs, installations, servicing and general maintenance of air conditioning and related systems. We are based in Shepperton, Surrey, with easy access to London, Heathrow Airport, and the wider southeast, alongside a separate regional office in Warmley. We employ more than 45 mobile engineers and 45 office‑based associates.

Key Responsibilities for HVAC Engineer
- Work independently across split/multi‑split systems, DX and CW FCUs.
- Compile dilapidation reports.
- Complete works on VRV and VRF condensers and CRAC units independently.
- Carry out PPM visits and repair works.
- Complete advanced fault finding.
- Ensure accurate reports of work are on time and to a high standard.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies.
- Understand Health and Safety regulations.
- Work in accordance with all policies and procedures of Accent Services.
- Commit to own personal development and attend training and/or development activities as required.
- Work in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Undertake any other duties and requirements as appropriate to the post.
Essential Criteria for HVAC Engineer
- Diploma in air conditioning and refrigeration or equivalent (NVQ)
- Category 1 F Gas qualification or equivalent.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must have 2‑3 years relevant experience.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both the engineering and office teams.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good attention to detail.
- High level of self‑motivation.
- Ability to utilise manufacturers' service software.
- A sound understanding of data and how it is used.
- Ability to work on other types of equipment such as chillers, AHUs and refrigeration is desirable.
