Location: Shepperton, Surrey

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday (08:00 to 17:00 or 08:30 to 17:30)

Accent Services (Air Conditioning) Ltd is a leading mechanical contractor with over 40 years of experience delivering excellence within the commercial sector. With a strong client base and a growing national footprint, our head office team consists of 40 mobile engineers and 45 office-based colleagues.

We are expanding and looking for a proactive and organised Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients, supporting engineers, managing planned maintenance, repairs, and emergency call outs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate planned and reactive works from enquiry through to completion
  • Schedule maintenance visits and issue engineer reports in line with SLAs
  • Manage urgent call outs and remedial quotes
  • Handle client enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Support team diary management and escalate urgent issues where needed
About You
  • Previous experience in a Service Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Self-motivated, a strong team player, and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in HVAC is desirable but not essential
