Here at Accent, we are a well-established, highly respected HVAC specialists, who provide high quality designs, installations, servicing and general maintenance of air conditioning and related systems. We are based in Shepperton, Surrey, with easy access to London, Heathrow Airport, and the wider southeast, alongside a separate regional office in Bristol, Warmley. We employ more than 45 mobile engineers and 45 office-based associates. We are a company founded by engineers for engineers, handling the more complex, large scale systems that smaller firms can't, and we also get the latest manufacturer training courses as Daikin D1 + partners.

We are looking to bring on a new dedicated, qualified AC service engineer to join our rapidly growing regional team on a permanent basis. This role will work with the wider engineering team across sites based in Bristol, following the M4 route all the way to Swindon on a variety of HVAC projects.

  • £40,000-£50,000 annually - Total Package excluding overtime bonuses and call outs

Responsibilities include:

  • Complete works on VRV and VRF condensers and CRAC units independently.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies.
  • Commit to own personal development and attend training and/or development activities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in air conditioning and refrigeration or equivalent (NVQ).
  • Category 1 F Gas qualification or equivalent.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Must have 2-3 years relevant experience.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both the engineering team and office team.
  • Ability to utilise manufacturers service software.
  • A sound understanding of data and how it is used.
  • Ability to work on other types of equipment such as chillers, AHUs and refrigeration is desirable.
