Contribute to the design, delivery and performance of commissioned youth training programmes. Ensure an engaging learning programme within the relevant subject area. Prepare, deliver, assess and evaluate the course to the required standards of the service and Awarding Organisations. Complete learner and class-delivery administration accurately and in line with agreed compliance targets.
Main Responsibilities
Provide support to students, both in and outside of the classroom.
Supporting and managing students who require additional help.
Help students with their work.
Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Supervise students on trips
