About the role:

• Lead the delivery of affordable homes that make a real difference to people's lives.
• As our Senior Development Programme Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering Accent's development programme, working with partners, funders and stakeholders to bring new homes and communities to life.

Salary:

The spot salary for this post is £69,741 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you're still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.

About you:

• You'll be an experienced development and programme management professional with a strong track record of leading large-scale development programmes, managing budgets and performance, and working with funding bodies and key stakeholders.
• You'll be confident analysing complex information, preparing high-quality reports and presenting to senior audiences, while bringing excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop others.
• With a strong understanding of development appraisal, programme monitoring and public funding, you'll be passionate about delivering affordable homes, driving continuous improvement and collaborating with partners to achieve outstanding outcomes for customers and communities.

Interviews:

• Stage 1: A Place to Connect - A Teams interview with the hiring manager. You'll learn more about the role and team, and we'll get to know you, your experience, goals, and what you bring. Planned date: 23rd & 24th September via Teams.
• Stage 2: A Place to Show Your Strengths - A role related assessment and behavioural and scenario-based interview focused on how you apply your knowledge to real-life situations. You'll be asked to complete a Customer Service Questionnaire in advance. Planned date: 30th September at our Peterborough office.
