About the role As a Property Sales Progressor, youll work closely with Sales Advisors to ensure smooth, efficient transactions across new-build, resale, and shared ownership homes. From reservation to exchange, youll coordinate with customers, solicitors, and stakeholders to keep everything on track. Your organisation, proactive mindset, and commitment to great service will be key to meeting targets and delivering a seamless customer experience. Experience in housing or secondary sales processes - such as staircasing, Right to Buy/Acquire, or remortgaging - would be a bonus, helping you hit the ground running. Whats in it for you?
