About the role
Help us deliver more affordable homes and make a real difference to communities. Are you highly organised, customer‑focused, and looking for a role where no two days are the same? We're looking for a Development Coordinator to join our Development Team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of new affordable homes. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable insight into the development process, working alongside experienced colleagues and contributing to projects that help create much‑needed homes. You'll also be involved in our securitisation programme, supporting the work that enables Accent to secure funding and invest in building more affordable homes for the future.
What you'll be doing
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across the Development Team, helping to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide financial, legal and governance administration support.
- Support Development Managers throughout the development lifecycle, including preparing for scheme handovers.
- Ensure key project documents are accurately maintained and filed.
- Assist with securitisation projects, helping to support funding arrangements for new affordable homes.
- Use systems, technology and data to maintain information and support reporting requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams and departments.

About you
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll bring:
- Experience managing diaries, co‑ordinating meetings and providing effective administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately record, maintain and manage information.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
- A commitment to delivering a positive customer and colleague experience.
- Confidence in building effective relationships and engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, with a continuous improvement mindset.
