3 month Fixed Term Contract, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.

At Accent, we’re committed to providing safe, high-quality homes for our customers and we’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Disrepair Administrator to join our Disrepair, Damp & Mould team. This is a vital role where your work will directly contribute to improving living conditions and preventing property issues before they escalate.
As a Disrepair Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of managing complex cases across our housing stock. You’ll coordinate activity, keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, and deliver an outstanding, customer-focused service. Working closely with surveyors, contractors, and internal teams, you’ll ensure that cases are handled efficiently, data is accurately recorded, and customers receive timely support.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a varied caseload of disrepair and damp/mould cases from start to finish
- Coordinating diaries for surveyors and contractors to ensure timely inspections and repairs
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing clear updates and support
- Recording and analysing data to identify trends and underlying property issues
- Preparing reports and insights to support senior management decision-making
- Supporting early intervention strategies to reduce disrepair claims
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver efficient outcomes
You’ll bring;
- You have experience working with housing disrepair and/or damp and mould cases
- You’re confident using Excel at an intermediate level, able to track cases and manipulate data effectively
- You have a proven ability to build strong relationships and engage stakeholders both internally and externally
- You demonstrate excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy in your work
- You’re quick to learn new CRM systems and workflows, adapting easily to new processes
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and professional interactions
- You’re committed to delivering excellent customer service, always putting the customer first
