About the role
At Accent, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We’re looking for a Business Insights Specialist to ensure their voices are heard, understood and turned into meaningful action. In this varied and impactful role, you’ll analyse customer data to drive service improvement across the organisation. Working closely with the Customer Insights Manager and key stakeholders, you’ll manage and evaluate multi‑channel feedback, including transactional and TSM perception surveys, and produce clear, actionable insight that informs decisions at every level. You’ll take a whole‑journey view of the customer experience, identifying what’s working well, where the pain points are, and how services can be improved for both customers and assets. Through regular insight reporting, bespoke research and ad hoc analysis, you’ll help service leads, managers and directors understand the customer voice and turn insight into real change. This is a great opportunity to shape services, work with large datasets and make a genuine difference in a national organisation that values fairness, inclusion and customer focus.
About you
- Experience analysing data sets and producing clear, actionable insight reports
- Ability to use BI tools, ideally Power BI, to visualise and share insight
- Strong experience with customer satisfaction and perception surveys
- Ability to translate complex data into clear messages for a range of audiences
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- An inquisitive, analytical mindset, able to ask the right questions and explore causation
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research
- Strong Excel and digital skills, including cloud‑based platforms
- Housing sector experience or the ability to quickly understand housing services
The successful applicant will be subject to pre‑employment checks, such as DBS and social media screening, before an offer is confirmed.
