Accent Housing is seeking a Service Charge Specialist on a hybrid, UK-wide role with travel to schemes in the South and East (Camberley, Kent, Peterborough, Cambridge).
The position is a 2-year fixed term, 35 hours per week, with offices in Peterborough or Camberley and a salary around £38,500 per year.
You’ll work with Asset teams to ensure accurate charge apportionments, spot discrepancies, and improve data integrity across schemes, positively impacting residents and processes.
