We’re looking for a proactive Paralegal to join our Legal Team, providing high-quality legal support across a broad range of property and commercial matters. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and gaining practical experience across multiple areas of law.
No two days will be the same. You’ll be involved in everything from lease reviews and title investigations to legal research, contract drafting and supporting the business on emerging legislative and regulatory developments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a caseload of property, real estate and commercial contract matters.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, leases and title reports.
- Supporting property transactions, title investigations and housing-related matters.
- Conducting legal research and providing updates on legislative and regulatory changes.
- Working with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors to deliver practical legal support.
- Maintaining legal records, documents and contract databases.
- Supporting governance, compliance activities, legal enquiries and business projects.

Salary
The spot salary for this post is £35,008 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
About you
We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual who is keen to develop their legal career within a varied and fast-paced environment. You will have:
- A Law Degree (LLB) or Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL).
- Experience working within a legal environment, ideally in a paralegal or legal support role.
- Experience or exposure to property law, real estate transactions or conveyancing.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong legal research, written communication and drafting skills.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A proactive mindset, sound judgement and the confidence to use your initiative.
