We’re looking for a strategic and forward-thinking leader to take on the role of Assistant Director of Asset Strategy, driving how we optimise our homes, improve sustainability, and ensure our properties remain safe, compliant, and fit for the future.
About the Role As our Assistant Director of Asset Strategy, you'll lead the development and delivery of our asset management and sustainability strategies, ensuring our homes meet regulatory standards while supporting our net zero and decarbonisation ambitions.
You’ll play a critical role in optimising asset performance, strengthening data integrity, and ensuring investment decisions are informed, effective, and aligned with customer needs.
