About the role:
We’re looking for a passionate person to join our Allocations and Lettings team in Bradford as a Lettings Coordinator. You’ll be at the heart of our mission – marketing Accent’s homes and guiding customers through the journey of moving in. Working within a specialist national lettings team, you’ll collaborate with Local Authority partners to ensure properties are advertised fairly, transparently and in line with legislation.
You’ll support customers throughout the application process, keep them informed, assess eligibility and help them access support where needed. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll need resilience for the conversations that don’t lead to sign-ups, and great organisational skills to keep things moving because every empty home matters.
