Accent Housing Group is seeking a Service Charge Specialist to join our transformation journey. The role involves visiting sites, verifying data, and applying tenancy and lease terms to service charge schedules, with the aim of ensuring fairness and data integrity across our schemes. Hybrid work with travel to schemes in the South and East (Camberley, Peterborough, Cambridge, Kent).
35 hours per week, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm. Salary circa £38,500 p.a. 2-year fixed-term contract.
