The Role:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join us at our Armadale Store. This role involves leading, inspiring, and coaching a team of passionate casual staff to be the best versions of themselves every day. Responsibilities include driving sales and KPIs, enhancing customer engagement, and team coaching and development. You will work collaboratively with your Area Manager to identify growth opportunities for your store and team in a high-profile space. Enjoy styling customers in the latest fashion and workout wear! Our footwear destination features the largest range of influential brands such as New Balance, Nike, Adidas, Reebok, and more.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation of your store to meet sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage
- Motivate your team to achieve KPIs & added value targets
- Monitor store sales to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals; recognize achievements and address missed opportunities
- Manage wage costs effectively, adhering to rostering standards and wage targets
- Coach and mentor your team to maintain high morale and support individual development through training and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation and standards
- Roster from Sunday to Thursday
Qualifications:
- At least 1+ years of retail store management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated and driven with a ‘Make it Happen’ attitude
- Passionate about leading and inspiring teams to succeed
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving sales and KPIs
- Operationally skilled in stock control and visual merchandising
- Experienced in managing rosters and wage controls
