About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading the team and creating an elevated experience that inspires our customers and reflects the Stylerunner brand. You'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, team development, and driving sales while building your confidence as a future store leader. You’ll work closely with your Store and Area Manager to identify opportunities for performance and progression — for both you and your team.
What You’ll Need
- Previous leadership experience (Supervisor, 2IC or similar)
- A love for fashion, wellness, and premium product
- Confident communication and people leadership skills
- A proven track record of driving KPIs and store performance
- Strong organisation, time management & operational know-how
- A calm, can-do attitude in a high-paced environment
- Ready to work a Sunday–Thursday roster
