Join our Disrepair, Damp & Mould team to improve living conditions across our housing stock.
Location: Hybrid in Peterborough – 1‑2 days in the office including Thursdays.
Contract: 3 month Fixed Term Contract, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.
Salary: £28,971 per annum, pro rata. Candidates developing skills may start at 5–10% below spot rate with clear progression.
Responsibilities:- Managing a varied caseload of disrepair and damp/mould cases from start to finish.
- Coordinating diaries for surveyors and contractors to ensure timely inspections and repairs.
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing clear updates and support.
- Recording and analysing data to identify trends and underlying property issues.
- Preparing reports and insights to support senior management decision‑making.
- Supporting early intervention strategies to reduce disrepair claims.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver efficient outcomes.
- Experience working with housing disrepair and/or damp and mould cases.
- Intermediate Excel skills – able to track cases and manipulate data.
- Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Quick learner of new CRM systems and workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
