Responsibilities:
- Serve as the expert for homeowner customers, handling complex queries about leases, transfers, property management, and service charges.
- Travel to schemes, conduct inspections, and maintain community presence.
- Collaborate with Housing Services and other teams to manage mixed‑tenure sites and deliver seamless customer experience.
- Manage a portfolio of homeownership tenures (shared owners, leaseholders, freeholders), ensuring alignment with legal agreements and service expectations.
