Location: Bradford, Hybrid with travel around the region to meet customer needs.

Job Type: Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.

Salary: £39,066 per annum (spot rate). Option to start at 5‑10% below for entry level with progression. Plus £1,250 car user allowance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the expert for homeowner customers, handling complex queries about leases, transfers, property management, and service charges.
  • Travel to schemes, conduct inspections, and maintain community presence.
  • Collaborate with Housing Services and other teams to manage mixed‑tenure sites and deliver seamless customer experience.
  • Manage a portfolio of homeownership tenures (shared owners, leaseholders, freeholders), ensuring alignment with legal agreements and service expectations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in leasehold management within a housing association or managing agent.
  • Strong understanding of leases, transfers, and relevant regulations, with commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Ability to work independently as part of a small team and collaboratively across the wider organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills, managing a high volume of queries while maintaining a professional, customer‑focused approach.
