About the Role
Are you highly organised, customer‑focused and great at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Do you take pride in accuracy, prioritising the right things at the right time, and supporting others to deliver great outcomes? If so, this could be the role for you.
As our Asset Investment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in supporting the delivery of planned investment works to our homes. Working closely with Project Managers and colleagues across the business, you’ll help us manage and deliver over £25 million of investment into customers’ homes every year, ensuring they remain decent, safe and somewhere people can be proud to live.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing essential administrative and coordination support to the Asset Investment teams, easing operational pressures and helping projects stay on track
- Supporting planned maintenance and refurbishment projects, including preparing reports, meeting minutes and sharing updates with key stakeholders
- Communicating directly with customers through follow‑up calls and written correspondence, helping to improve customer satisfaction during works to their homes
- Administering the leaseholder consultation process in line with legislation and agreed timescales
- Maintaining accurate data and spreadsheets, producing robust reports that support performance monitoring and continuous improvement
- Using your initiative to manage a varied workload, identify priorities and respond to urgent issues effectively
About You
- Knowledge of housing repairs and maintenance
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent customer service experience
- Ability to collaborate with other teams across the business
- Knowledge of housing and finance systems
- Ability to deliver to deadlines
- Experience of continuous improvement
- Experience of minute taking in meetings
