What’s Included
- Regular attendance at Board and Committee meetings

Delivered in partnership with HDN, the programme supports succession planning by developing diverse future board members for the housing sector. You’ll gain practical knowledge in areas such as:
- Governance and regulation
- Housing policy and strategy
- Financial oversight and risk management
- Customer engagement and service design
- Health and safety, transformation, and asset management

Key Dates

- Final appointments will be confirmed in early December.
- The Board Trainee role will commence in January 2026.
- First board meeting will take place virtually on 11th February 2026.
