As our ideal Chef Manager you will:
- Have excellent craft skills and the ability to manage your own kitchen
- Have proven experience of managing, training and leading a team
- Have a proven track record of continually improving standards
- Be passionate about food with excellent culinary skills and a great eye for detail
- Have financial and budget awareness
- Have the ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books
There is an after-school club on site serving 80 children, and this role will be expected to cover this service on some of the days, to be shared with the second Chef.
