REGIONAL CHEF MANAGER - NORTH LONDON & HERTS £38,000 per annum plus bonus and mileage 40 hours per week Monday to Friday term-time only (42 weeks per year) - no late nights and weekends off! As Regional Chef Manager, you’ll lead the kitchen operation, creating an outstanding food offer while overseeing menu planning, food quality, compliance, stock control, and team performance. We’re looking for someone who can inspire a team, deliver high standards, and bring creativity and energy to a busy school environment.  You must be flexible and comfortable with travelling to different schools weekly and occasionally daily with last minute diary changes. The role will be based mainly in North London and Herts (Watford,and St Albans), although it may involve travel to other Accent sites from time to time as required, therefore having access to your own vehicle is essential. Have solid understanding of food safety, health & safety, and allergen management Have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
