BARISTA / CATERING ASSISTANT - SURREY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Barista to join Accent, supporting our school sites across Surrey.
This is a 3 month fixed term contract.
The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a variety of shift patterns. As this position provides support across multiple locations, travel will be required to sites across Surrey including Kingston upon Thames, Guildford and Chertsey.

What you will be doing:-
- preparing and serving barista coffees, blended drinks and grab & go food offer
- food preparation for breakfast & lunch service
- setting up coffee bar and clearing down, or setting up counter service for breakfast and lunch and clearing down.
- serving, cleaning and washing up
- assisting with inventory management
- maintaining high standards of presentation of food and replenishing counters keeping them looking attractive throughout the service time
- speaking to each customer in a friendly, helpful and professional manner
- undertaking all basic training and work effectively with colleagues as part of a team
This is a customer facing position so in addition to the above you will also need good communication skills and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the English language.
Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
