£31,500 per annum

As Front of House Manager, you will oversee the delivery of impeccable food and customer service, lead the front of house team and work closely with the Chef Manager to ensure consistently high service standards across the site. You will also be responsible for quoting, planning, costing and managing events and hospitality, ensuring every occasion is delivered to an exceptional standard.

As our ideal Front of House Manager you will:-
- Have high standards of cleanliness, consistently maintaining a tidy, organised workspace
- Have good communication skills at all levels
- Be flexible with a strong team-focused approach
- Have a passion for food with a great eye for detail
- Have a comprehensive understanding of food safety and health and safety
- Have hospitality and events knowledge
- Have the ability to assist the Chef Manager with ordering/stock take/bookwork
The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
