Sous Chef - Minchinhampton, Stroud, GL6
£25K per annum, term-time only
Working only 34.4 weeks of the year!
40 hours per week working primarily Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday

People are the most important ingredient in our business recipe, and we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with fantastic
craft skills and a thorough understanding and knowledge of managing allergens to help us create an outstanding food offer at our
school site in Minchinhampton, Stroud with approximately 350 children on site. You will be reporting into the Chef Manager at the
main school site.

As our ideal Sous Chef you will:-
* Have excellent craft skills and experience
* Have experience of and be competent in managing allergens
* Have a proven track record of continually improving standards
* Have good communication skills at all levels
* Be passionate about food with a great eye for detail
* Have comprehensive understanding of managing allergens
* Have the ability to support the Chef Manager in the day to day running of the unit
* Have financial and budget awareness
* Have the ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books
The ideal candidate will also have the flexibility to work overtime as required.
