We have an exciting opportunity at our school site in Ealing, W5 for a Catering Assistant to join the team at Accent. This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 2:30pm term‑time only – all school holidays off!

Responsibilities
- General kitchen duties
- Driving company vehicle to collect meals from the main kitchen
- Putting away deliveries
- Food preparation
- Serving, cleaning and washing up
- Assisting with inventory management
- Maintaining high standards of presentation of food and replenishing counters so they remain attractive throughout the service time
- Speaking to each customer in a friendly, helpful and professional manner
- Undertaking all basic training and working effectively with colleagues as part of a team
Requirements
- Good communication skills and a clear understanding of the English language
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage; full training will be provided if required
- Proof of right to work in the UK
- Two referees provided at interview stage
- Enhanced DBS disclosure required (with supporting evidence)
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
