We have an exciting opportunity at our secondary school site in Maidenhead for a Catering Assistant to join the team at Accent. This is a permanent contract of 25 hours per week - 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday, term-time only.

What you will be doing:
- Carrying out general kitchen duties
- Use of Barista Machine
- Putting away deliveries
- Food preparation
- Serving, cleaning and washing up
- Assisting with inventory management
- Maintaining high standards of presentation of food and replenishing counters, keeping them looking attractive throughout service time
- Speaking to each customer in a friendly, helpful and professional manner
- Undertaking all basic training and working effectively with colleagues as part of a team
This is a customer-facing position so in addition to the above you will also need good communication skills and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the English language. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
