Role purpose
The Global Enterprise Marketing Senior Analyst plays a central role in driving Accelya’s growth through targeted account-based marketing and digital campaign programmes across our global customer base. Based at our Windsor HQ (2–3 days per week) and reporting to the Field Marketing Director, you’ll own the global coordination of integrated campaigns — ensuring Accelya’s message reaches, engages, and converts the decision-makers who matter most. You’ll collaborate closely with Field Marketing Managers across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, who adapt campaigns for local sales priorities, and with the Digital Operations team, who manage deployment, audience setup, and reporting. Together, you’ll deliver coordinated, high-impact programmes that generate qualified leads, accelerate opportunities, and reinforce Accelya’s leadership in modern airline retailing. This role is ideal for a hands-on, fast-moving marketer with SaaS experience and a passion for connecting marketing activity to real outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global campaign plays for top customers: Partner closely with the Digital Operations and Field Marketing teams to ensure precise targeting, clear messaging, and aligned KPIs. Ensure every initiative delivers measurable impact and focus on the what and why — setting the strategy, direction, and outcomes that guide execution globally.
- Turn ABM insights into actionable activities: Use insights from HubSpot, CRM, and intent tools to spot where engagement is growing and design targeted ABM plays that introduce relevant solutions and strengthen relationships across key accounts.
- Optimise campaign performance and share insights across the team: Monitor the performance of digital campaigns and key accounts — tracking MQLs, SQLs, and engagement — and turn results into insights that improve targeting, sequencing, and KPIs. Maintain clear dashboards and share learnings that help Marketing and Sales focus on what drives the greatest impact.
- Champion consistency and collaboration: Keep global, regional, and digital teams aligned — ensuring messaging, tone, and timing stay consistent across every touchpoint. Contribute to quarterly reviews, bringing forward insights and ideas that strengthen Accelya’s ABM and campaign maturity.
How this role works across teams
- Field Marketing Teams (Regional): Own relationships with regional Sales and airline stakeholders. Adapt global campaigns to local markets, ensuring accurate target audience and timely follow-up. Share local insights, results, and feedback to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Digital Operations Team: Build and execute campaigns on HubSpot and related platforms. Manage workflows, automation, and reporting as the tactical delivery arm for global campaigns. Provide data, dashboards, and optimization recommendations.
- Global ABM & Campaigns Lead: Acts as the connector between global strategy and execution — ensuring ABM are well-planned, measurable, and performance-driven. Leads campaign planning, coordination, and reporting, maintaining alignment between global marketing, regional teams, and Sales.
Success in this role means…
- ABM programs deepen relationships: Driving stronger engagement within key accounts and introducing relevant solutions that address customer needs.
- Insight fuels improvement: Campaign data and learnings are used to continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and performance.
- Collaboration delivers impact: Strong alignment with Sales, Product, and regional Field Marketing ensures campaigns hit the right audiences at the right time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field;
- 2-4 years of experience in a SaaS or enterprise software company, ideally in ABM, digital marketing, or campaign management.
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Intent Marketing tools.
- Strong ability to understand and simplify complex technology, communicating value clearly to business and IT audiences.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills — able to coordinate across global time zones and functions.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on campaign performance, engagement, and pipeline impact.
- Self-starter comfortable with ownership, accountability, and high-velocity delivery in a PE-backed SaaS environment.
Opportunity to own global ABM and campaign delivery for a high-growth, private equity–backed SaaS company. Hybrid working with 2–3 days per week in our Windsor office.
