We\’re a fast-scaling AI startup delivering agentic and LLM-based solutions for real-world problems. As our projects grow, we need infrastructure that\’s reliable, scalable — and cost-effective.

We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to help us scale confidently, automate relentlessly, and optimise continuously. If you’re excited about infrastructure-as-code, cloud-native tooling, and supporting next-gen AI systems in production — this is your role.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provision, scale, and monitor infrastructure using Terraform, with a strong IaC-first mindset.
  • Deploy containerised applications to Kubernetes and OpenShiftclusters across Azure and AWS.
  • Package and scale AI/ML workloads, especially agentic systems and LLM-backed applications.
  • Implement best practices for cost monitoring and optimisation in cloud deployments.
  • Ensure high system availability, security, and performance using observability and logging tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, ML engineers, and QA teams to streamline release workflows and environment consistency.
  • Contribute to DevSecOps practices, backup strategies, and infrastructure documentation.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering role.
  • Must be Security Cleared or willing to undergo SC clearance
  • Proven hands-on experience with:
  • CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Kubernetes and OpenShift
  • Terraform (must-have)
  • Azure and AWS cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of cost optimisation strategies (e.g. autoscaling, spot instances, cost tracking tools).
  • Familiarity with packaging and deploying AI/ML workloads, particularly LLMs and vector-based apps.
  • Comfortable with containerisation, Git workflows, and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
  • Exposure to observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with JIRA for tickets and sprint rituals.

🌟 Why Join Us?

  • Join a team pushing the boundaries of agentic and responsible AI.
  • Work in a fast-paced, autonomy-driven environment with modern tools and real impact.
