DevOps Engineer | Remote
We\’re a fast-scaling AI startup delivering agentic and LLM-based solutions for real-world problems. As our projects grow, we need infrastructure that\’s reliable, scalable — and cost-effective.
We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer to help us scale confidently, automate relentlessly, and optimise continuously. If you’re excited about infrastructure-as-code, cloud-native tooling, and supporting next-gen AI systems in production — this is your role.
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Provision, scale, and monitor infrastructure using Terraform, with a strong IaC-first mindset.
- Deploy containerised applications to Kubernetes and OpenShiftclusters across Azure and AWS.
- Package and scale AI/ML workloads, especially agentic systems and LLM-backed applications.
- Implement best practices for cost monitoring and optimisation in cloud deployments.
- Ensure high system availability, security, and performance using observability and logging tools.
- Collaborate with developers, ML engineers, and QA teams to streamline release workflows and environment consistency.
- Contribute to DevSecOps practices, backup strategies, and infrastructure documentation.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering role.
- Must be Security Cleared or willing to undergo SC clearance
- Proven hands-on experience with:
- CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Kubernetes and OpenShift
- Terraform (must-have)
- Azure and AWS cloud platforms
- Knowledge of cost optimisation strategies (e.g. autoscaling, spot instances, cost tracking tools).
- Familiarity with packaging and deploying AI/ML workloads, particularly LLMs and vector-based apps.
- Comfortable with containerisation, Git workflows, and scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
- Exposure to observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong documentation and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with JIRA for tickets and sprint rituals.
