We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join our team in West Drayton, taking ownership of project delivery across our R&D and engineering functions. This role is ideal for someone who has made the move into project management from a technical background in RF, electronics, or engineering, and is now looking to build on that foundation in a fast‑paced, specialist environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing the end‑to‑end delivery of R&D and engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.
  • Maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact between engineering teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Tracking resource requirements, procurement needs, and project milestones, escalating risks and issues where necessary.
  • Supporting operational planning activities and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinating cross‑functional teams, facilitating project meetings, and maintaining clear action logs and communications.
  • Reporting project progress and performance metrics to the Operations Manager and senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Project Manager or Project Lead role.
  • 1–2+ years of prior experience in a technical role within RF, electronics, or the wider engineering sector. This is essential and will set you apart.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and the ability to apply them in a technical engineering environment.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
