Service Delivery Manager

Service Delivery Manager | Up to £50k | Hybrid (Northwich)

We're hiring an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead internal IT operations and drive continuous improvement across systems and outsourced tech services. This role is key to ensuring internal infrastructure supports business efficiency, compliance, and growth.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Oversee internal IT systems and service performance

✅ Manage outsourced vendors and contracts

✅ Lead SLAs, KPIs, and incident/change processes

✅ Ensure compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2)

✅ Own budgeting, procurement, and innovation initiatives

✅ Collaborate with senior stakeholders and exec team

What we're looking for:

3+ years in IT service delivery

Strong vendor management & ITIL knowledge

Experience in cloud environments & compliance frameworks

Excellent communicator and problem solver
