An established and fast-growing digital agency is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a diverse range of client projects from concept through to completion. This is a hands-on role working closely with internal delivery, technical and creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. You will act as the central point of coordination across stakeholders, balancing timelines, resources and priorities while maintaining strong client relationships.
The Role
You will take ownership of project delivery from initial scoping through to launch, ensuring clear planning, strong communication and effective coordination across teams. Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering end-to-end client projects
- Managing project scope, budgets, timelines and resources
- Coordinating cross-functional teams including design, technical and delivery staff
- Tracking progress, managing risks and resolving blockers
- Creating and maintaining scoping documents, requirements and user stories
- Acting as the key client contact and managing stakeholder expectations
- Supporting testing, troubleshooting and successful project launches
- Ensuring projects meet quality standards and business objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Project Management experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, client-facing environments
- Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset
- Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana or similar
Desirable / Bonus Experience
- Exposure to software development, digital product or technical project environments
- Experience working within Agile or iterative delivery frameworks
- Understanding of web, digital or software development lifecycles
- Familiarity with writing user stories, requirements or functional specifications
