They're hiring a HR Manager to build and own their people function from the ground up as they scale. You'll shape team performance, culture and employee experience end-to-end - from recruitment and contracts through to policy, performance and retention - partnering closely with their VP of Operations and leadership team.

  • Full employee lifecycle - recruitment, onboarding, performance, offboarding
  • Employment contracts, HR policies and the employee handbook
  • Payroll coordination, compensation benchmarking and benefits administration
  • Employee relations, engagement, culture and internal comms
  • HRIS/ATS systems and HR reporting for leadership
  • Employer branding across LinkedIn, Glassdoor and beyond

3-5 years' experience in a People Ops, HR generalist or HR manager role, ideally within a tech startup or scale-up.

Experience with payroll coordination, comp benchmarking and benefits administration.

Hybrid working from their London office, plus a cycle to work scheme.
