We’re hiring a Principal Software Engineer to help shape and scale high-performance web applications using Next.js and React. This isn’t a maintenance role. This isn’t a ticket factory. You’ll have real ownership. Real technical input. Real impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and building scalable applications with Next.js & React
- Writing clean, maintainable TypeScript
- Improving and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Driving performance optimisation and best practices
- Owning features end-to-end (build → test → deploy)
- Contributing to architectural decisions
- Mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar
What We’re Looking For
- Strong commercial experience with React & Next.js
- Deep knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience shipping production-scale applications
- CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions preferred)
- Strong Git workflow and code review habits
- Clear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally
Nice to have:
- Core Web Vitals optimisation
- Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience in product-led or scaling environments
