Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Client management: Working closely with our customers on needs and communication on job process.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative methods to attract and engage top technology professionals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed about technology industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges to deliver successful outcomes for clients and candidates.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 1+ years of Recruitment or Delivery experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
