The Role
As a 360 Consultant at Accelero, you\’ll:
- Manage the
full recruitment lifecycle
— client development to placement - Build and grow long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Win new business and develop existing accounts

What We\’re Looking For
- 3+ years\’ experience
as an agency recruiter in a
360 role - Proven ability to bill and build relationships
- Confident on the phone. Comfortable with business development
- Driven, accountable, and growth-minded
- Someone who wants to be part of a journey — not just their next job
