Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in housing, local government, or social care? Do you thrive in complex, fast-paced environments where you can drive meaningful change?
We're looking for a technically minded PM to join our team and lead a key workstream (either Housing or Repairs) in our Housing Management System Implementation.
What You’ll Do:- Own a critical workstream within a major system rollout
- Coordinate delivery across teams, vendors & stakeholders
- Use ClickUp (training provided) to plan, assign, and monitor tasks
- Support agile delivery, manage RAID logs, and track defects
- Keep the balance between BAU and project work
- Champion collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement
- 3+ years of PM experience in housing, local gov, or similar
- Skilled in project tools like ClickUp, MS Project, JIRA, etc.
- Strong grasp of WBS, RAID, and stakeholder comms
- Comfortable managing complexity with limited resources
- Confident with RACI frameworks and agile/waterfall/hybrid approaches
- Experience with housing/repairs/social housing systems
- ClickUp experience or formal PM qualification (Prince2, APM, PMP)
Contract: 12 months (FTC)
Salary: £60,000
