We’re hiring a Principal Software Engineer to help shape and scale high-performance web applications using Next.js and React. This isn’t a maintenance role. You’ll have real ownership, real technical input, and real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and building scalable applications with Next.js & React
  • Writing clean, maintainable TypeScript
  • Improving and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
  • Driving performance optimisation and best practices
  • Owning features end-to-end (build → test → deploy)
  • Contributing to architectural decisions
  • Mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong commercial experience with React & Next.js
  • Deep knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Experience shipping production-scale applications
  • CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions preferred)
  • Strong Git workflow and code review habits
  • Clear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally

Nice to have:

  • Core Web Vitals optimisation
  • Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Experience in product-led or scaling environments
