Quality Engineer in Pontypridd

We’re looking for a Quality Engineerto play a key role in supporting UK manufacturing and supplier operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

What you’ll be doing

As part of a collaborative Quality & Clinical team, you’ll:

• Provide quality oversight across manufacturing and contract manufacturing operations
• Support process validation and maintain robust QMS documentation
• Lead or support root cause investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Represent Quality in change management and manufacturing transfer projects
• Work closely with suppliers, including audits (remote & on-site) and supplier performance monitoring
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure improvements never compromise product quality

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing
• Strong experience with RCA, audits, documentation, and supplier management
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently and across international teams
• ISO 9001 experience
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge
• Plastic manufacturing experience
