A great opportunity for an engineer who’s hands-on with Microsoft Teams, Endpoint/Intune, and the wider M365 suite. You’ll be at the centre of delivering modern workplace solutions, working directly with customers to implement, configure, and optimise their Microsoft environments.

The Role

You’ll plan and deliver M365 projects with a strong focus on Teams, Teams Telephony, Intune/Endpoint Manager, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD. Expect plenty of variety: deployments, migrations, configuration, security controls, and customer-facing technical work.

What You’ll Work On

  • Configuring and deploying Microsoft Teams, including Telephony
  • Rolling out Endpoint Manager/Intune policies, app deployments, device compliance, and Conditional Access
  • Implementing core M365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Azure AD
  • Running migrations into the M365 ecosystem
  • Setting up security and compliance features, including Defender and identity-based protections
  • Creating clear technical documentation and supporting customers through delivery

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong hands-on experience with Teams and Endpoint/Intune
  • Solid understanding of M365 administration and Azure AD
  • PowerShell experience for automation
  • Great communication and customer-facing skills

Bonus Skills

  • MS certifications (e.g., MS-102)
  • Experience with hybrid Exchange
  • Familiarity with Defender and Microsoft security tools
