An opportunity for an experienced Data and Evaluation Manager to play a key role in how data is used to inform planning, performance, and decision-making for an initiative that has seen around £40 million worth of investment over the last couple of years. This is a newly created position, responsible for designing and managing data, evaluation, and reporting processes.
You will be turning complex information into clear, practical insight, using benchmarks to identify areas for improvement and sharing good practice across teams. The role also involves supporting colleagues to better understand and use data through guidance and training, helping to build a more performance-focused approach.
