We\’re hiring a Data Insight Analyst to join our forward-thinking team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys working with data to create real business impact.

If you’ve got insurance experience – even better – but it’s not a dealbreaker.

🔧 What you\’ll be doing:

• Leading insight projects that shape key business decisions
• Translating business challenges into data-driven solutions
• Analysing large datasets to uncover trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Building and maintaining reports and dashboards
• Applying industry metrics like loss ratios and earning patterns
• Investigating and resolving data quality issues
• Staying compliant with data privacy regulations and best practices

🎯 What we\’re looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, insight, or MI
• Strong SQL skills, with working knowledge of Power BI
• Confident communicator – both technical and non-technical
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts
• Detail-oriented, organised, and self-motivated
