Salary: £45,000 (depending on experience), rising to £50,000 after a successful 6-month probationary period. Plus, 5% bonus after achieving £100,000 business target, car allowance, laptop, and private medical insurance.
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to head up their sales team. They are looking for an individual with experience in Technology, Events Management, or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to post-sales client relationship management. With a proactive, “go-getter” attitude, they won’t shy away from challenging the status quo and driving innovation within the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:- Partnership Development: Lead the development and execution of partnership strategies, identifying and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders in the stadium and venue industry.
- Strategic Alliances: Establish and nurture strategic alliances that align with the company’s vision and business objectives.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships and addressing partner needs.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development teams to maximise partnership opportunities.
- Opportunity Identification: Continuously monitor the stadium and venue industry for new partnership opportunities, positioning the company as a market leader.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partnership performance, measuring success against KPIs and objectives.
